Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your optcg.gg account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
